Rapid Earth Fault Current Limiter (REFCL) Project Rokstad was awarded a pilot project to install 13 Capacitive Balancing Units (CBUs) and perform 45 other work orders (reconductoring, underground work, Viper switches, regulators and minor circuit arrangements) to support the CBUs.
