The Estimator is responsible for the development of accurate, executable, and competitive cost estimates for transmission, substation, and distribution construction projects. This role plays a critical function within ROKPOWER’s centralized preconstruction team, supporting all regions and ensuring alignment between estimating strategy and field execution.

The Project Estimator will be directly responsible for the development of work methodologies, cost estimates, resource plans and construction schedules as they relate to the Requests for Proposals being pursued.

The Estimator will work collaboratively with operations, procurement, project controls, and leadership to build estimates that reflect real-world constructability, resource planning, and risk considerations.

We are seeking experienced Substation Technicians to support utility-scale high voltage electrical substation construction and upgrade projects in the United States. This role is open to qualified candidates eligible to work in the U.S. under an E‑2 Treaty Investor Visa.

The Substation Technician will support greenfield construction and brownfield upgrades, working closely with project teams to safely install, test, and commission substation equipment in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
