The Estimator is responsible for the development of accurate, executable, and competitive cost estimates for transmission, substation, and distribution construction projects. This role plays a critical function within ROKPOWER’s centralized preconstruction team, supporting all regions and ensuring alignment between estimating strategy and field execution.

The Project Estimator will be directly responsible for the development of work methodologies, cost estimates, resource plans and construction schedules as they relate to the Requests for Proposals being pursued.

The Estimator will work collaboratively with operations, procurement, project controls, and leadership to build estimates that reflect real-world constructability, resource planning, and risk considerations.

This leadership role is responsible for managing project resources, ensuring safety programs are implemented and maintained, ensuring scheduled timelines and budgets are met, ensuring the work is undertaken in a quality manner and consistent with the contract documents and establishing professional relationships internally and externally with subcontractor and client representatives.
