Alex Routledge Chief Operating Officer Alex brings more than 20 years of industry experience leading multi-million-dollar programs and complex grid modernization initiatives. His background spans contract administration, cost management, and large-scale utility construction, providing a strong operational foundation for the successful delivery of complex substation projects.

ROBERT GERECKE, Executive Vice President
Robert (Bob) Gerecke serves as General Manager of Operational Excellence at ROKPOWER, leading enterprise‑wide initiatives in safety, performance, fleet, and procurement management. With 36 years of leadership across sales, operations, and executive management, he drives strategic growth, technology transformation, and brand development while championing a safety‑first culture company‑wide.

NICHOLAS S. VISEL, Executive Vice President
Nicholas S. Visel is Executive Vice President of ROKPOWER, overseeing West Coast Operations, Fleet, and Operational Finance. With extensive experience in operations, finance, and IT, he drives strategic planning and performance optimization. Formerly with Kiewit and Pike Corporation, he holds an MBA from Wake Forest University.

WILSTON LYNCH, Chief Information Officer
Wilston Lynch serves as Chief Information Officer at ROKPOWER, where he leads IT strategy, technology transformation, and data governance. RAKAN ABUWANDI, Vice President of Finance & Accounting
Rakan Abuwandi is Vice-President of Finance and Accounting ROKPOWER overseeing financial operations and strategic cost‑control initiatives. With deep expertise in capital modeling, project accounting, and vendor management, he drives performance across operations. Rakan holds a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University.
