The role of the Senior Project Manager involves managing, directing and overseeing all aspects of the construction, maintenance, repair and removal of high voltage transmission lines and related projects valued at $50M or more. This leadership role is responsible for managing project resources, ensuring safety programs are implemented and maintained, ensuring scheduled timelines and budgets are met, ensuring the work is undertaken in a quality manner and consistent with the contract documents and establishing professional relationships internally and externally with subcontractor and client representatives.

The Vice President Operations is responsible to lead, direct and be accountable for a geographical division which will support powerlines across the region.  The position is responsible for achieving enduring, profitable business relationships with the aim to continuously improve the operations. 

As the leader of the division, the Vice President Operations is responsible for establishing clear goals that are aligned with the business and communicating it effectively across the team.  The position is responsible for all production and associated functions on site(s), including liaising with the GM/CEO about the programming and resourcing of work, the Commercial function to monitor and review the preliminary contract costs against actual costs and delivery, and the Planning function to monitor and review the project progress against the timetable.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in the construction field and have working knowledge of high voltage electrical work. This position will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software. The Project Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate project execution and maintain documentation.
